Madeline A. Bondi, 96, formerly of Rostraver Towsnship, died Saturday, July 30, 2011 in Prescott Valley, AZ .  Born in Hazelwood on June 13, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Bonventuro and Anna Marie (Riccardelli) Ruggiero.

A homemaker, Madeline was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver Township.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Madelyn (Dan) Smith of Prescot Valley, AZ and Felicia (Jim) Leuschen of Sugarland, TX; 4 grandchildren, Brett Snyder, Brandon (Melanie) Snyder, Daniel (Samara) Smith and Kelly Ann Collins; 7 great-grandsons; sister, Rose Tranter; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip S. Bondi; grandson, Brian Snyder; brother Carl Ruggiero; and sister, Sylvia Bondi.

A Blessing Service will be held Friday, August 5, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of St. Anne, 1870 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon, PA, with the Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti as celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Jefferson Memorial Park.
