Andrew
Jugan, 90,
of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township)
died Sunday, August 14, 2011 in his home. Born in Webster on November
26, 1920, he was the son of the late Mike and Mary (Kozar) Jugan.
Andy loved to garden and sell vegetables
on Route 51. He was retired from both USX and Wheeling Pittsburgh
Steel. He was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver Township
and was a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army 80th Infantry
Division during World War II and was a recipient of the Bronze Star
Medal.
He is survived by his wife, Jenny (Gaggini)
Jugan; son, Andrew M. (Kellie) Jugan of Jeannette; daughter, Mary (Kenny
L.) Hughes of Washington, PA; 3 grandchildren, Jenny Messmer, A.J.
(Deanna) Jugan and Daniel (Katy) Jugan; 2 great grandsons, Christian
Messmer and Michael Jugan; 4 brothers, Charles Jugan of CA, Michael
(Jane) Jugan of Pottstown, PA; George (Irene) Jugan of Pleasant Hills
and Don (Vonnie) Jugan of Kimberton, PA; and 3 sisters, Helen Hart of
Monongahela, Millie (Scotty) Muir of Finleyville and Gladys (Rev.
Stephen) Jula of Rocky River, OH; as well as numerous nieces and
nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was
preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth C. Hughes; 2 brothers, Joseph
and John Jugan; and 2 sisters, Mary Jugan and Irene Sheary.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4
and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle
Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934)

Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Vincent J.
Gigliotti officiating. Entombment with Military honors will follow in
