Dolores Ann (Hamilton) Howenstine, 77, of Belle Vernon, died Friday, November 11, 2011, in her home.

Born in Rostraver Township on June 30, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Alfred B. and L. Madge (Ellis) Hamilton

Dolores was a life-long member of Webster United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 57 years, H. Blaine Howenstine, Jr.; 4 children; son Robert and wife Dee of West Newton, daughter Karen Smith and husband Martin of New Stanton, daughter Susan Bradish and husband Raymond of Sterling, VA and son David of Uniontown; 2 sisters, Nancy Knapp of Saxonburg and Patricia Cloherty of Butler; brother, Charles Hamilton and wife Eileen of Cosby, TN; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday and Friday, November 17 and 18 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 19 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Zona officiating.  Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery, Rostraver Township.
