Helen S. Norelli, 87, of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at home.  Born in Charleroi on February 23, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ellen (Shields) Mouyard.

Helen was a retired bus driver from the Elizabeth-Forward School District.  She was a charter member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver, and was a member and past President of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.  She was also active with the Vincentian Sisters of Charity in the North Hills, Pittsburgh, where she had a special friend, Sister Ann Horvat.

She is survived by 4 sons, Joseph N. (Ernestine) Norelli of Rostraver, Anthony F. (Mayra) Norelli of Stuart, Florida, Mark A. (Melanie) Norelli of Humble, Texas, and Joachim N. (Claudine) Norelli of Rostraver ; 5 daughters, Mary Ellen Norelli of Delaware, Ann R. (Mark) Augustine of Valencia, Cecelia B. Assad of Rostraver , Mary Margaret (Michael) Kasey of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Claire Norelli of Newark, Delaware; 17 grandchildren, Jon (Nicole) Banko, Racheal Morali, Ryan Igoe, Thomas (Latisha) Igoe, Christopher Kaylor, Nicole Assad, Lisa (Dennis) Pavelko, James (Tara) Norelli, Nicholas J. Norelli, Angelo Norelli, George Norelli, Vincent Norelli, Joseph J. Norelli, Francesca Dascenzo, Samantha Dascenzo, Gino Norelli and Marisa Norelli; 12 great grandchildren; brother, James Mouyard of Charleroi; sister, Patricia Mouyard of Charleroi.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas M. Norelli; great grandson, Dominic Norelli; 3 brothers, Arthur, Joseph and Daniel Mouyard; 2 sisters, Madonna MacDonald and Sarah DeiCas.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Anne, with the Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti celebrating.  Interment will follow in St. Dominic Cemetery, Donora.
