Warren S.
''Babe'' Leeper, 85, of
Rostraver Township, died Sunday, August 31, 2008 in his home. Born
in Rostraver Township on December 23, 1922, he was the son of the
late William H. and Laura (Trickett) Leeper. Mr. Leeper was the
last surviving member of his family generation.
“Babe” was a
graduate of Rostraver High School, Class of 1941. He was a retired
superintendent of both the Rehoboth and Olive Branch Cemeteries and
operated the Leeper family farm. He was a member of the Rehoboth
Presbyterian Church in Rostraver Township, the Rostraver Grange
#919, James Cochran Lodge F. & A. M. No. 614 in Dawson and received
his 32 ° from Valley of Pittsburgh Masonic Center.
He is survived
by his wife: Idalee (Wells) Leeper whom he married on October 11,
1952 and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to
his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, John W. Leeper
and Harold Wayne Leeper.
Friends will
be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the James C.

Kentucky co-officiating. Interment will follow in West Newton
Cemetery.

Service for Brother Leeper on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral
home.
