Frank L. Rutherford

 Frank L. Rutherford, 62, of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township), died Friday, May 16, 2008 in Mon Valley Hospital.  Born in North Charleroi on May 15, 1946, he was the son of the late John and Lucy (Maxon) Rutherford.

 Mr. Rutherford was retired from PennDOT and was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen.

 He is survived by his wife, Susan L. (Fagan) Rutherford; daughter & son-in-law, Heather & Ray Carlson of Pensacola, Florida; grandson; Aaron Rutherford; and brother & sister-in-law; Bill & Carol Rutherford of Steubenville, Ohio.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Rutherford.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral service will be held on Wednesday,      May 21 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Bruce K. Northey officiating.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
