Keith Alan Richter, 46, of Perryopolis, died Saturday, April 20, 2019 in Uniontown Hospital. Born in North Charleroi on December 17, 1972, he was the son of Janice M.(Snyder) Richter, who survives and resides in Perryopolis and the late Wildie I. Richter.
Keith was a self-employed carpenter and he especially loved his son, Keith Jr. He loved the outdoors and was a great outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping. He was a member of the NRA and in his younger days attended church and Bible school and was in the Boy Scouts.
In addition to his mother, Janice, he is survived by his son, Keith A. Richter Jr. of Fayette City; siblings, Lauretta J. "Laurie" (Steven) Nemetz of Brownsville, Arlene F. (Charles) Nyland of Carmichaels, Raymond C. Richter of Grindstone and Wildie L. Richter of Perryopolis; nieces, Stevie Lynn Nemetz, Loralee Meredith Nemetz, Daytona Nyland and Charlotte Marie Nyland; nephews, Christian David Richter and Wildie L. Richter Jr.; great nephew; Kylo Cayde Nyland; his girlfriend, whom he deeply loved, Dawn Miller of Dunbar and her family including Sharon Zampatti, Andrew Sayko, Adona Martini and Ronald Sayko.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor David Rasmussen officiating. Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.
