Marie Kosicka

Marie (Mary) Kosicka, 99, of Perryopolis died Thursday, August 3, 2017 in Mt. Macrina Manor. Born in Perryopolis on January 19, 1918, she was the daughter of the late George Joseph and Elizabeth Jane (Gavalla) Kosisky.
Mary was a factory worker, working in the steel industry.
She is survived by her sister, Emmie (Vincent) Curtis of Falls Church, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews including, Darlene and Eugene Gearing.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her siblings, Nicholas Koste, George Kosisky, Michael Kosisky, Anne Gearing, Elizabeth Rebottini and Pauline Kosisky.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date in St. John the Baptist Church, Perryopolis.
The family would like to offer many thanks to the staff at Mt. Macrina Manor for being her "Family", especially "Niece, Jodi"!
