Carole B. Sarber

Carole B. Sarber, 81, of Elizabeth Township, died Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Born in Pittsburgh on October 3, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Dolores (Ogden) Breuer. 

Carole was a retired English teacher with the Elizabeth Forward School District. She was a member of the Christian Center Church in Rostraver Township, She taught Sunday School and enjoyed being with the children that she taught in Sunday School. She loved cooking and taking care of the family. She also loved animals. 

She is survived by husband of 58 years, William K. Sarber; sons, Carl (Marcy) Sarber and Kenneth (Elizabeth) Sarber; brother, Bruce (Amanda) Breuer; sister-in-law, Sue Breuer; and nephews, Gordon Breuer and Grant Breuer; her dog and best friend, Newton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Breuer. 

Private Interment will be in Monongahela Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
