Charlene M. Tobias

Charlene M. Tobias, 78, of Rostraver Township, formerly of Monongahela, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Born in Monongahela on November 27, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Emma L. (Nones) Delmastro.

Charlene was a retired School Teacher from the Elizabeth Forward School District. She attended Mass at both the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver and Holy Family Church in West Newton. She enjoyed swimming and watching the old television sitcoms and loved the Pittsburgh Penguins. 

She is survived by her husband, George R. Tobias; daughter, Kelly Yurkovich of Elizabeth; granddaughters, Hailey and Brooke Yurkovich; sister, Christine Delmastro from the state of California; and a niece, Alea Delmastro. 

Private interment will be held in Monongahela Cemetery.
