Charles William Purbaugh III, 59, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, June 8, 2026.
"Knucklehead" as he was affectionately known, was born in Charleroi on September 2, 1966.
He is survived by his mother, Elaine (Ray) Kovaly; brother David Purbaugh Sr.; 3 step sisters, Katy, Lisa and Amy; nephews and nieces, David Jr., Michael, Brandon, Joshy and Ashley.
