Florence Hrycko

Florence C. Hrycko, 82, of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Denbo on October 18, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Samosky) Czerwinsky.
A homemaker, Mrs. Hrycko worked for Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator and then supervisor. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Monessen.
She is survived by her husband, Peter Hrycko; three sons, Robert Hrycko of Johnstown, Steve (Carol) Hrycko of McClellandtown and Peter (Tammy) Hrycko of Rostraver Township; two granddaughters, Courtney & Kaitlyn Hrycko; two sisters, Irene Orsilli of Monessen and Stella (Ed) Sukal of Denbo.
In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn Bieneck and Genevieve Czerwinsky.
Friends will be received 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a funeral service will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Matthew C. Stabe officiating. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
