Gloria H. Foulks, 88, of Belle Vernon (Rostraver Township) died Friday, October 7, 2016 in LaFayette Manor. Born in Webster on October 28, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Richard J. and Flora Mae (Swink) Foulks.
She is survived by her longtime care giver and friend, George A. Martin of Rostraver Township.
A private funeral service and interment was held in the Monongahela Cemetery in Braddock on Tuesday, October 10, 2016.
