Isaiah John Perry

Isaiah John "PeeWee" Perry, 79, of Rostraver Township died Wednesday, August 19, 2026 in Transitions Healthcare Washington. Born in Jersey City on March 30, 1947, he was the son of the late Oliver Wright and Viola Perry.

PeeWee worked as a Cable Lineman for TCI and Comcast. The "Life of the Party" he enjoyed shooting pool and was a fan of both the Steelers and the Pirates. He enjoyed "tinkering", traveling, spending time with friends, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He was a member of Mon Valley Senior Action Council (SAC). He honorably served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by wife of 42 years, Karen (Clanton) Perry; daughters, Betty (Sean) White of Atlanta, GA, Iscah K. Perry of Monroeville, Thamar L. Perry of Philadelphia and Adonah L. (Ian) Perry-HatfieId of West Mifflin; son, Jeremy Burgess of GA; grandchildren, Shayne Gallmore, Eric White, Braxton White, Mikel White; and sisters, Claritha Seymore of Shamokin, PA, Stella Banks of Jersey City, NJ and Lynettte Schuler-Baker of Jersey City, NJ; as well as nephew and niece, Ramont (Kristi) Small and Natalie (John) Small-Perry and cousin, Daisy Snowden

In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jean, Nathaniel, Benjamin Jr. Perry

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 4 to 8 PM in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 AM. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
