Judith Ann Fish, 75, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025 in Jefferson Hospital. Born in Connellsville on April 6, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Elmer Fish Jr. and Nicoline Clara (Saporito) Fish.
Judy was a teacher and taught with Intermediate Unit 1 for over 30 years, until her retirement. She was a dedicated teacher in Speech and Language Pathology and was well respected and loved by her students and their parents, many of whom she stayed in touch with in their adult years. In her free time she loved being outdoors and working in her garden planting vegetables and in her flower beds. She also loved animals and was an advocate of spaying and neutering pets. She dearly loved her own pet cats, Baby and Cleo, and also captured, spayed and neutered many strays over the years.
She is survived by her sisters, Janice M. (Fish) Sprowls and her husband, James Sprowls Sr. and Joanne M. (Fish) Trisoliere and her husband, John Trisoliere; nieces and nephews, James (Julie) Sprowls Jr., Jason (Janice) Sprowls, Jeanne Sprowls (Robert) Richardson, Jeremy (Kara) Sprowls, Rebecca Friend Niezgoda and Eric Friend; great nieces and great nephews, Nicole, Elizabeth, Jessica, Jenna, Jared, Noah, Tyler, Aaron, Everli, Aria, Valerie, Everett and Logan. She is also survived by her childhood life-long friend, Mary Alice Brightwell; her special friend, Robert Peters; as well as many others who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Elmer Fish III.
At Judy's request, there will be no viewing or Funeral Service.
