Leah Joy Smith

Leah Joy Smith, 16, of Belle Vernon, died Thursday, December 15, 2016. Born in Pittsburgh on December 16, 1999, she is the daughter of Sandra L. (Rueppel) Smith of Belle Vernon and the late Henry F. Smith Jr.
Leah attended Belle Vernon Area High School and was studying cosmetology at Central Westmoreland Tech Center. Leah found beauty in all things; she loved life, art and her family.
Leah will be sadly missed by her mother, Sandra L. Smith, as well as her siblings, Zachary C. Smith, Jesse T. Smith and Rachel L. Smith and her fraternal grandfather, Henry F. Smith Sr.
Friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
