Myrtie F. Rechichar

Myrtie F. Rechichar, 89, of Rostraver Township, died Saturday, May 13, 2023. Born in New Tazewell, Tennessee on July 28, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Hester (Hill) DeBusk. Myrtie was the last surviving member of her family.

Myrtie owned and operated Myrtie's Beauty Salon in Belle Vernon, Perryopolis and Fisher Heights. She enjoyed crafts and tole painting. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Pat (Bill) Reed of Savoy, IL, Dennis (Michele) Chadwell of Rostraver, John Chadwell of Tazewell, TN and Donald (Lisa) Rechichar of Rostraver; grandchildren, Brian Reed, Laurel (David) Rosch, Melanie (Robert) Clubb, Megan (Mark) Kasimirsky, Sean (Nicole) Chadwell, Zachery Chadwell (Haley Evans), Lacey Jo (Grant) Evans, Donald "DJ" (Tiffany) Rechichar, Lance (Brook) Rechichar and Daisie-Mae Rechichar; and 14 great grandchildren with a new great grandchild to be born soon!

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert "Bert" Rechichar; brothers, James, Stanley and Frank DeBusk; sisters, Ruth Muncy, Ruby Muncy and Georgia Whitaker; great grandson, Preston Evans.
