William Campbell

William S. Campbell, 58, of Fayette City died Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Belle Vernon on December 1, 1957, he was the son of the late William S. Campbell and Laverne (Richards) Wolfe.
William worked as a mechanic and machine operator for the Borough of North Belle Vernon. He was a member of the NRA, the Star Junction Fish and Game Club and the Gillespie Slovak Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Offerman) Campbell; daughters; Jennifer (Ryan) Astle of Fayette City, Nicole Clark of Connellsville, Melissa (Justin) Portman of Belle Vernon, and Joanna (Josh) Wheatley of Fallowfield Twp.; 10 grandchildren; 6 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m.. A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family .
