William R. Ailes

William R. Ailes, 80, of Coal Center, died Thursday, June 4, 2020. Born in California on April 20, 1940, he was the son of the late James and Evelyn (Russell) Ailes.
Bill worked for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel and was also a truck driver. He was a member of the United Christian Church in Coal Center.
He is survived by his wife, Ella L. (Elliott) Ailes; sons, William (Suzanne) Ailes Jr. and Gary Ailes; granddaughter, Jessica Ellsworth; and grandson, Timmy Yonko.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jamie Ailes; stepson, Timothy Yonko; and stepdaughter, Trudy Ellsworth.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Charles Cochran officiating.
