Obituary

Ruth N. Creevey, 93, of Donora, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Born in North Charleroi on June 9, 1927, she was the daughter of the late August M. and Odell L. (Smith) Painter.

Ruth enjoyed going to the Donora Senior Citizen Center and liked to play bingo.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Becky) Creevey and William Creevey; grandsons, Robert Creevey and Tim Creevey; brother, Walter Painter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Creevey; and son, Robert Creevey.

Friends will be received on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery.

Everyone attending the visitation and services must wear a mask and practice social distancing.  Only 40 people are permitted in the funeral home at a time.
